"Stephen has been a member of Clwb Hwylio Pwllheli Sailing Club since the age of eight and has served as Rear, Vice and Commodore as well as Honorary Secretary, maintaining and enhancing the membership base and providing effective communication. He is also Secretary of the Irish Sea Offshore Racing Association and a board member for RYA Cymru Wales. Stephen’s connections across the boating sector have ensured that both the club and academy continue to provide sailing opportunities for local, national and international sailors. His passion and drive for the sport have been evident in his commitment to making Wales one of the best sailing venues in the world"
