Saturdays racing was postponed due to the high winds - 50 knots recorded!

We ran two races on Sunday – starting with a race around St Tudwal’s Islands followed by a round the cans. Racing was in 25 knots but thankfully the rain held off giving us some tough conditions, rough seas and some exciting runs.

For those not going to Ireland next weekend – please let me know asap if there are any takers for a bank holiday regatta run under the co-ordinated programme with SCYC.

Also – there is the Llyn Land and Seafood Festival on Saturday (and Sunday) 23rd May followed by the 'KK Blues Band' on Saturday night from 9 until late.

St Tudwal’s Island Race & Gwyndaf Cup 2009

The racing on Saturday is the popular long bay race with a PSC Bridge Start and around St Tudwal's Island.

The warning siignal will be at 1200 hrs on Saturday 16th May 2009.

Racing on Sunday 17th May will be for the Gwyndaf Cup again with a PSC Bridge Start with  ‘Windward Leeward’ style round the Cans Racing using fixed courses. There will be one race only with the warning signal at 1130 hrs.

Racing For IRC, Sports Boats and White Sail Class. (Subject to number of entries).

This is an Open Event - all competitors and their crews (guests) will become temporary members of PSC for the duration of the event.
