420 World Qualifiers

Pwllheli Sailing Club hosted the Mailspeed Marine Regatta on Saturday May which included the 420 World Qualifiers.

The Chair of the Selectors, Brian Wilkins, announced the invitations to the teams selected at the prize giving at the end of the day’s racing on Sunday at Pwllheli SC.

The attached list is provisional, subject to formal confirmations of acceptance to the Team Manager. Brian, together with the other Independent Selectors, Willis Fuller and Nick Martin, wished “good luck to our international teams in 2010”. Commenting that “as ever, Pwllheli SC hospitality was excellent, facilities really good and the racing, when wind finally arrived (N, 20 Kts) was first class. Not to mention amazing scenery!”

Oh well, the Selectors are happy then!
