Welsh sirloin of Beef Wellington or Mushroom & Nut Wellington (v) served with new potatoes and selection of vegetables

Chocolate mousse  or  Fresh fruit torte.

Welsh Cheddar, Brie & Stilton Cheeses served with a selection of biscuits.
