Regata Pwllheli Regatta (incorporating The Long Trophy)

 The Regatta season kicked off with the Pwllheli Regatta on Saturday and 6 boats experienced fantastic racing conditions with blue skies and a steady, but stronger than forecasted, breeze. Teams from PSC and SCYC also competed for the Long Trophy.

|
Robin, the Race Officer, set two great courses which tested the crews and produced very close results with Filthy Gorgeous getting line honours in both races.
Wil 2 Win won the first race, beating Filthy Gorgeous by 35 seconds. Fandango won the second race beating Filthy G by 22 seconds.
The results for the first 3 boats were tied on 4 points each and Fandango was declared the overall winner by the Race Committee.

The next regatta is next weekend at Abersoch and the Long Trophy winner will be decided on after the first two races at Abersoch.
