This is the CHPSC youth training group membership where the parents are not members.
Again in 2024 there is no entry fee - just the membership fee.

The 2024 form is available from 1st October 2023 for new members - take advantage now by getting membership for 15 months for the price of 12 months!
When you have completed this form press 'submit' and this will take you to our PayPal page where you can pay by using your bank card(or your PayPalAccount if you have one)
A paper form is available on request from the Hon. Sec. for payments by cheque - but there is a £5 admin charge.
On-line is our preferred membership process. We require your details and your consent to data retention. The bar at Plas Heli is Franchised so Membership Fees cant be accepted at the bar. A paper form is available on request from the Hon. Sec. for payments by cheque.
Children of a 'Primary Members' (under 18) are included in the membership fee but please provide names and ages in the application form.
It may be a better option for the parent to be a member!
