Dear members and friends,

As the cooler November temperatures have arrived, so have the winds! We trust you and your boats have survived the arrival of the seasonal storms!

This month has been a tad quieter around the club, and the boatyards are beginning to look fuller, but your flag officers are busy squirrelling away planning the Christmas Prize-giving and Party for the 6th December.

As always it promises to be a fantastic, black-tie event, with a 4 course gala dinner and entertainment by JD & Co (formally Jac Dobson and band). Tickets are selling fast now and numbers are limited, so please book online as soon as possible. Please don’t forget to submit your menu choices! I can’t wait to see you all there!

Our Racing Captain, Vicky Cox, has been hard at work on a fantastic racing calendar for 2026 and many boats have openings for new crew…..if you fancy a go at racing next year, please get in touch and we will match you with a skipper!

We have already improved the website with a new layout and colours, please let us know what you think. We are now planning a re-vamp of the club WhatsApp groups over the winter, by creating a much easier to navigate WhatsApp community for the club, so please look out for changes and feel free to get in touch with any ideas!

pwllhelilogoloresflagIf you don’t manage to join us at the party, may I wish you all the best for the forthcoming festive season and I’m sure we all look forward to an exciting and vibrant 2026 in the club!

Warmest regards – Hwyl
